Autodesk Free for Education

Full products, such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Maya, MotionBuilder, Fusion 360, Inventor Professional, Navisworks, ReCap and Revit are now available from Autodesk for free to all students and teaching staff at educational institutions for non-commercial teaching, learning, research and development purposes.

There’s no need to create an account. On the Autodesk site, click the Sign In button and enter your Deakin email address to sign in through Deakin’s Single Sign On system.

Many of the apps are Windows-only or differ between Windows and Mac versions. If you’re a Mac user, you can set up a Windows virtual machine on your Mac for free, then install apps into it.
