doPDF Writer

Create simple PDF files from any application.

Category list:Office Tools

Staff on Deakin Desktop computers should install Adobe Acrobat through Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

Mac users: Create a PDF file from the print dialog of any Mac application.
Some software, such as Microsoft Office, can save your document as PDF without needing any additional components. You can also convert many files through Adobe’s free “Convert to PDF” web tools. For other programs, doPDF is a print driver that will output a PDF file instead of sending your document to a physical printer. If you can print it, you can convert it to PDF; simply print to doPDF to make simple PDF documents that are readable by anyone with Adobe Reader.

doPDF is not intended as a substitute for a fully featured authoring application such as the full Acrobat package, but it enables you to present your document to users on many different platforms, and have it appear as you intended.
