This application is available in Apps and Desktops Anywhere. Staff should install from the Software Center.

When using ArcGIS installed on your own computer from off-campus, you must be connected to the Deakin VPN. For help setting up the Deakin VPN connection, read the Cisco Anyconnect (VPN) KB article.

This software can also be accessed through your web browser via Apps and Desktops Anywhere.

ArcGIS is an integrated collection of GIS software products that provides a standards-based platform for spatial analysis, data management, and mapping. ArcGIS is scalable and can be integrated with other enterprise systems such as work order management, business intelligence, and executive dashboards.

To use a specific extension you must first enable it. More information can be found in the ArcGIS Resource Center.

If you are on Windows 8.1 or 10, you must enable .NET Framework 3.5 before installing.

NOTE: Licensing information below

1) If you had a stand alone license given to you and installed you need to go back to that person and get them to reissue a new license.

2) If you installed a previous version of the software and have a network license and your license has expired, download the key shown below extract it to a folder, right click on the ArcGisLicenseFix.reg  and select merge and OK, restart ArcGis and you should be able to use your software.
